The long-time established RVIA National RV Show held in Louisville, Kentucky each year was retired after the last show in December 2017 and replaced with a brand new industry-wide show called RVX: The RV Experience. Truma North America participated in this inaugural event which was held in Salt Lake City, Utah from March 12^th-14^th, 2019. The RVX brought the entire RV industry together to introduce the most innovative and futuristic products produced by manufacturers and suppliers.

“We are pleased to announce that the Truma VarioHeat won the first ever RV Business RISE Award in the Aftermarket category. The award was designed to honour the best and most innovative new aftermarket product marketed by RV industry component suppliers for the 2019 model year,” said Gerhard Hundsberger.

The RVX kicked off the show with the “Reveal”, unveiling the best of the best RVs chosen by a consumer-focused panel. Truma products were included on four of the nine RV winners in the following spotlighted categories: Outdoor Adventure: the SylvanSport VAST featuring the Truma Combi, Van Life: the ModVans CV1 Camper Van featuring the Truma Combi, City Escape: the Leisure Travel’s 2020 Unity Rear Lounge featuring the Truma AquaGo and Destination Camping: Forest River’s Riverstone Luxury 39 RBFL featuring the Truma AquaGo. The Alde System was also included on the Airstream Classic Smart RV which won the ‘On the Horizon’ spotlight category as the RV of the future.

Truma products were also included on many RV’s the received “Judges Choice” recognition including the Airstream Basecamp, the Taxa Cricket, the Leisure Vans 2019 Wonder Rear Twin Bed, the Coachmen Galleria 24 A, the Airstream Interstate Nineteen, the Taxa 2019 Mantis and the Lance 1975 Ultra-Light Travel Trailer.

The Truma booth stood out to many RVX visitors and it was mentioned by Stephanie Puglisi from RV Family Travel Atlas that, “You can tell that there is something special about Truma just by passing by the booth. This company is on a higher level“. At the Truma booth, RVX visitors experienced the Truma AquaGo, the Truma Combi, the Truma VarioHeat, and the Powrtouch Evolution manoeuvring system, previewed by Truma Limited in the UK. Truma product pedestals were placed at the booths of Lance Travel Trailers, Sylvan Sports, TAXA, Inc., Pleasure Way, Tiffin Motorhomes and Coachmen
